John Sherriff has worked in the computing and electronic industries for more than 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge on hardware and Microsoft based operating systems and networks as well as many application packages.

Initially starting his career in electronic design and servicing, he has spent the past 20 years as computer manager for the Wool Research Organisation and later Canesis Network Ltd. A case study of some of his work can be found on Microsoft New Zealand’s web site. John is particularly skilled with troubleshooting and planning. Video and DVD production started as a hobby but has steadily grown with expertise being gained in filming, video editing and production.

Rather than working in the corporate environment, John has embarked on a more enjoyable life style where he can spend time with people and help them achieve more from their computing and electronic equipment with less frustration.
